MONDAY: Practice at the high school. Varstiy boys and girls will be running five miles at E pace(Lodge Road).
TUESDAY: Dual meet at Jasper-Troupsburg with Arkport. J-T runs their home meets at the Troupsburg Elementary School.
WEDNESDAY: Practice at the high school.
THURSDAY: Practice at the high school.
FRIDAY: Practice at the high school.
SATURDAY: GCC COUGAR INVITE @ Genesee Community College, Batavia NY
