MODIFIED PRACTICE

I would like ALL modified athletes to join us on Wednesday September 2nd for our cross country practice. We will meet in front of the school from 3:00pm-4:30pm. Hope to see you there.

THURSDAY: Practice at ACS 3:00pm-4:30pm--meet at pool doors

FRIDAY: 19th Annual Two Mile Time Trot--meet at track 9:00am till?

SATURDAY: Enjoy the weekend. See you all in School on Tuesday. I will be at the Alumni run at Ithaca College.

ADDISON CROSS COUNTRY 2009

Practice begins on Monday, August 17th. We will be meeting at the Pinnacle State Park softball field. Practice will begin at 9am and end at 10:30am.
