TUESDAY: 3:00pm-4:30pm practice at the HIGH SCHOOL
WEDNESDAY: Dual meet vs. JT...at Troupsburg Elementary school (4:30pm)
THURSDAY: 3:00pm-4:30pm practice at the HIGH SCHOOL
FRIDAY: 3:00pm-4:30pm practice at the HIGH SCHOOL
SATURDAY: Woodhull 5k...it is a possibility that I will be taking the top 6 boys to the Byron-Bergen Invite.
