TUESDAY: For those of you at practice yesterday, we will be running 20-30 minutes at E pace with striders. For those athletes that missed practice, we will be doing two hill sprints and 6 x 30 seconds uphill.
WEDNESDAY: Race at Arkport
THURSDAY: Thirty minutes at E pace with striders.
FRIDAY: Some easy running with 3 x eight second hill sprints.
SATURDAY: LeRoy Invitational...this race is only for athletes that have been serious about their cross country season.
