THIS WEEK IN CROSS COUNTRY

MONDAY: Warm up , drill work, one hill sprint, 6 x 30 EZ second hill repeats, warm down

TUESDAY: At Hammondsport with Canisteo-Greenwood and J-T. We will use this race as a TEMPO run.

WEDNESDAY: Recovery day...drills, circuit training.

THURSDAY: Quality workout--1000m repeats.

FRIDAY: Thirty minutes at E pace.

SATURDAY: Southern Tier Invite at St. Bonaventure University.
