TUESDAY: No meet today. We will run an easy 30 minutes at E pace with striders.
WEDNESDAY: Meet at Avoca with Campbell-Savona and Arkport. Start time 4:30pm.
THURSDAY: Easy hill run.
FRIDAY: Houghton Invitational. We will be taking the 'top 7' varsity boys and girls only. We will be dismissed from school after 7th period. More information to follow.
SATURDAY: Marathon Invitational. We will be taking the 'top 7' middle school boys to this meet. More information to follow.
