MONDAY: Hill run for varsity. We will run to the bottom of Sullivan Road for our warm up. We will then run at a 'medium' pace 6 x 30 seconds up the hill. Our recovery will be a JOG of 1 minute. When done, jog back to school for 6 striders on the soccer field.
TUESDAY: Meet at Hammondsport w/JT, and Arkport. We can stop to eat--IF YOU WANT TO.
WEDNESDAY: Recovery day--30 minute run at E pace.
THURSDAY: Quality workout. 800m and 200m repeats.
FRIDAY: Recovery day. Thirty minute run at E pace.
SATURDAY: Southern Tier Invite at Allegany-Limestone HS. The meet has been moved this year from St. Bonaventure University. It returns to Bonas next year.
