MONDAY: Practice 3:00pm--meet in the pool hallway.
TUESDAY: Meet at AVOCA--bus leaves right after school. Bus will return at 7:30. Bring a little corn bread...we will be stopping to eat on the way home. EVERYONE goes to this meet.
WEDNESDAY: Practice 3:00pm--meet in the pool hallway.
THURSDAY: Practice 3:00pm--meet in the pool hallway. QUALITY workout today. don't tell me you are hurt, and certainly DO NOT miss practice.
FRIDAY: Practice 3:00pm--meet in the pool hallway. EZ recovery/play day.
