DAY FOUR

A nice recovery run today. We go back to work tomorrow.

• Ribble and Lee took a wrong turn today and ended up going 7 miles.
• Cassie and Marissa ran this morning at the rodeo.
• More schedule changes...another Invite was canceled.

SATURDAY PRACTICE: I will hold practice on Saturday for those who have missed several days. I will talk to those athletes personally.
