Please contact me if you are interested in participating in some Wednesday evening trail runs.  The Wineglass Running Club sponsors a VERY informal trail run series each summer.  I will be hosting one of the runs in early August.

PRECIPITATION

It looks like the 60% chance of precipitation will be in the form of snow tomorrow.  It will 'feel like' 33 degrees tomorrow at race time.

I learned how to spell 'barbiturates' and 'inclement' today.

ATTIRE FOR SECTIONALS

The chance of precipitation has increased to 60% for Saturday.  Please make sure you have dry ATHLETIC clothing to change into after the race.  You will also want dry sneakers and socks.  Plan ahead.  Jeans are not an option.  We will travel to and from the meet looking like athletes.

BUS LEAVES: We will begin loading the bus at 6:45am

BUS RETURNS: 5pm...estimate

WEATHER: Low of 30 degrees and a high of 39 degrees.  There is a 60% chance of rain/snow showers.

FOOD: There will be concessions available.  We will also stop to eat on the way home.

NOTE: Parents, please help me have these fine student-athletes prepared for the inclement weather.  Anything worn under our uniforms must be BLACK.  Hats and gloves are recommended before and after the race.  If a runner is going to wear a hat, or gloves, in the race--make them fairly thin--nothing bulky.
